Feasibility Studies: Including research analysis on expected sources of income and expenses

Operating Requirements: Identifying the specific needs to operate the sports facilities (staff, equipment, repairs and maintenance)

Organizational Structure: Creating the sports organizational chart, job descriptions and salary grading for all employees

Staff Recruitment and Evaluation: Providing annual performance evaluation through which individuals are encouraged to develop their skills

Membership and Booking Systems: Creating membership and booking systems and special packages to facilitate project operation
